Blender 3D modelling program which lets you create a vast array of 3D content in an easy to use interface.
Over the years there has been many 3D modelling programs and usually in order to get result which look professional you need to pay professional prices, that has changed with Blender.
Blender has been about for over 15 years and has grown from a small independent program to a major competitor to such programs as 3ds MAX. Blender comes with an easy to use interface and has a vast tutorial database which in informative, however the narrators seems to get tongue tied at times.
Blender lets you create animation, rendering, post-production, interactive creation, and playback making this a viable option for anyone who wishes to create 3D content.
I found blender easy to pick up have used this type of program in the past a quick view of the tutorials made migration to blender quick and easy and within no time I was creating high quality 3D modules.
I was unable to find anything to really set back blender it has everything you could require from this type of program.
This for me was as good as 3ds MAX and considering that this is free not only am I able to create the same standard as I have in the past I can also save money doing so.
Overall for me I rate this as on par with any other 3D rendering software on the market with a large fan base and constant updates support for the program is readily available.
