Online Armor Personal Firewall is a freeware firewall which was designed to work simply and easily, right out of the box.
Online Armor Personal Firewall is easy to use and the perfect firewall for those who don't have the technical knowledge for applying important security settings themselves. You can run Online Armor Personal Firewall in three modes:
Standard Mode
After the Online Armor installation, it automatically runs in standard mode. You won't be asked questions about certain ports or advanced security settings. Just answer a view questions for programs that should be able to gain internet access with "yes" or "no".
Advanced Mode
The advanced mode is for people who have a better understanding of network settings. You are able to generate more advanced rules.
Banking Mode - Prevent Bank Fraud
Banking Mode is a special feature of Online Armor. When you click the firewall into banking mode, your computer is only allowed to connect to legitimate banking sites. So, each time you do online banking make sure you engage banking mode first.
